How do you win the Lottery?

Winning the Lottery is indeed difficult due to the poor odds. Just to win anything at all the odds are approximately 54:1 So how do you win the lottery?

Of course it all starts by entering numbers into the Lottery draw. This takes place on Wednesday and Saturday where 6 balls and a bonus ball are picked. You need to match 3 balls for the lowest prize of £10 and then 4 balls, 5 balls, 5 balls plus the bonus ball and finally 6 main balls to win the jackpot.

To improve the odds of you winning a prize you can enter more than once in each draw. This is what many people do and it may seem that they are luckier than you with more wins, but this is not so.

Others join a syndicate to spread the cost of buying multiple tickets. The syndicate may be between a group of co-workers or an online eLottery syndicate. The online syndicate takes care of all the organization such as entering the draws and distributing the prize money.

So there is no magic solution to the how do you win the Lottery apart from simply being in it with a chance to win it. Personally I have only won small prizes so far but I have won many, many of them due to my being in a 49 strong eLottery syndicate where we enter 88 lines of numbers each week in the UK National Lottery for £5 a week each.

The same principles apply to the Euromillions draw where the more times you enter, then the more chance you have of winning. Personally, I like to play the Euromillions as part of an eLottery syndicate as well. Again, this is just £5 a week for something like 36 entries every Friday.
